Each facing page has an Australian bird on the top half, and a calendar on the bottom half with sufficient space to write in the squares. The background colour for each page corresponds to the Chakra for that month.

On the reverse pages, there is information on that Chakra point, the Bird associated with that Chakra, and some information about how you could use the Bird and/or Chakra to help you through the month. Activity suggestions and questions are provided.

The calendar is designed to look “regular” to anyone seeing it. The activities and information hang against the wall, so only you can see that.

The information and activities are of a (woo-woo) spiritual nature.
